Following 5 years at Koll Company, 3 years at JMA Ventures in California, and 14 years at Westbank Projects in Vancouver, Damon Chan founded Forme Development in 2017.
With his extensive experience in designing and developing over $3B in office, retail and residential projects, Damon is focused on acquiring, entitling and building urban mixed use developments along the Pacific Coast.
The mandate of Forme Development is to create places that embody its culture by understanding its soul. Value is more than financial. It’s personal, moral, and aesthetic. This is what is sought in Forme Development’s projects – ensuring that whatever is created continues to support its culture, without trying to redefine it.
The best way to accomplish this goal is to listen carefully, understand needs, and fiercely realize these efforts into outstanding buildings.
