Damon Chan - Principal Damon leads Forme with a vision for creating sustainable, high-quality, urban community enhancing environments. He holds over 30 years of expertise in intricate and complex entitlement, land acquisition, design, and development management. Notably, he previously held a senior role at renowned developer, Westbank, overseeing $3 billion in real estate development.
Ryan Lomas - Partner Ryan Lomas brings over 25 years of expertise in construction and project management. Before joining Forme, he was Director of Project Management at Beedie Living and previously managed construction at Bastion Development. His experience spans custom homes, 3,000 residential units, and large-scale projects like Station Square Metrotown.
Arnold Chan - Sr Development Manager Arnold Chan has 20 years of architectural experience, focusing on understanding client needs to create functional and meaningful designs. From tenant improvements to large residential projects, Arnold aims to enhance the human experience through a collaborative and insightful design process.
Dustin Kuzik - Acquisitions Manager Dustin Kuzik, Acquisitions Manager at Forme, has evolved from his role as a real estate analyst since joining in 2020. With over a decade of experience in construction and real estate development, Dustin previously worked as an acquisitions analyst at Intracorp Homes, contributing to projects across Canada and the U.S.
Kim Mostardi - Development Manager Kimberly Mostardi brings over 20 years of experience in multifamily construction, specializing in complete project management lifecycle from design through execution. Renowned for her detail-oriented approach and innovative mindset, Kimberly delivers high-quality residential projects that blend functionality and sustainability with future-focused design.
Emilio Donnadieu - Development Manager Emilio Donnadieu Suarez, Development Manager at Forme, brings over 14 years of experience in managing mixed-use developments with leading real estate developers in Mexico. Holding a Master’s in Project Administration & Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Emilio is known for his strategic planning, innovative solutions, and successful project delivery on time and within budget.
Preston Tso - Jr Financial Analyst Preston is a Junior Financial Analyst at Forme, holding dual degrees in Management, Leadership & Innovation and Finance from Georgetown University. With experience in financial reporting from his internship at Mass Transit Railway in Hong Kong, Preston brings strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
Darcey Buxton - Human Resources Darcey Buxton is the Head of Human Resources at Forme, where she manages HR functions, payroll, and general office operations. With a strong background in real estate and business consulting, Darcey is skilled in communication, organizational management, and employee relations. She is known for her adaptability and dedication to fostering a positive workplace environment.
